EULA - End User License Agreement

License Before using Labography, you must accept the License Agreement as part of the setup process. The license is as follows, and should be perused. The Labography software is supplied 'as is'. The user runs Labography at his or her own risk without warranty or guarantee on the part of the author. The author is under no obligation to correct bugs or other insuffiencies in the software. The author is not responsable for any damages suffered by the user resulting from the use or distribution of the programme. In the same way, the author is not responsable for any loss of revenue or profit , or of any loss of (records or) information, or for direct or indirect damage which which may occur from the use of the programme nor for the reason that the programme may be inoperable, and this nonobstant the fact that the author may have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Labography is supplied free of charge for private, educative, commercial or professional use. You may not modify, adapt, rent, lease, loan, sell, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof. The use of the Labography programme implies the acceptance by the user of the terms of this license agreement
